Pleasanton, CA — July 14, 2022 — NextHome is pleased to announce the opening of NextHome Central Realty in Merritt Island, Florida. The brokerage joins the growing NextHome franchise that currently has 591 active office locations across the country.
Under the leadership of broker/owner Nathan Montgomery, NextHome Central Realty provides exceptional real estate experiences to residential clients throughout the Orlando area. Additional regions serviced include Titusville, Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, and the remainder of Florida’s Space Coast.
Nathan has been serving real estate clients for almost nine years. His wide-ranging experience includes working with nationally franchised brokerages in both Florida and Tennessee. After five years as a broker, Nathan knew 2022 was the right time to step into franchise ownership.
“I wanted to provide a brokerage where agents have access to all the latest resources and tools, but at the same time feels like a small business where the broker is always available,” Nathan said.
Nathan discovered that NextHome was the right fit to help him achieve his dreams.
“My friend Cody Rife owns a NextHome franchise in Tennessee, and he kept talking with me about how great it was,” Nathan said. “It turns out, he was right. I really liked the branding, the business model, and the philosophy of NextHome. In addition to all this, NextHome offered me the ability to provide tools and resources that agents are looking for without it costing tons of money every month to make that happen.”

Outside of the office, Nathan is passionate about serving his community through local church soup kitchens, housing initiatives, and other social justice-based programs. Nathan and his husband Jerry have been married for eight years and they are the proud parents of six daughters: Leigh (19), Aimee (17), Savannah (16), Rebekah (14), Libby (13), and Isabelle (10).
Together, they enjoy going to the beach, the pool, and their weekly tradition of pizza and a movie on Friday nights.
