Bret was amazing. We started the process with her, and she got us to close. We ran into several obstacles while trying to get to the closing table, never deterred, Bret would help to clear those obstacles. We ran into an issues with the finance company that is started with only day before close throwing a roadblock in the progress. Try as we might, the issue with the finance company could not be resolved. Bret put me in touch with another company that she has worked with before and after a late evening call, we had a new plan. Bret talked with the seller, telling them the situation, the seller agreed to move closing 45 days later. I was under an extreme amount of stress, Bret would take my calls and help to assuage my fears. Not once during thos did I ever hear Bret say "I don't know", she always had a plan or two to put into play. I leaned on her alotvduringbthe process and she shouldered the weight no problem. Once I get ready to do so I will use Bret to find rental properties for me to purchase.

I recently moved to the area with my wife and daughter, when we decided to buy a house and set down roots the first thing we did was look for a real-estate agent to help us. I found Randy’s number online and sat down the next day and started our search. He even linked us up with an amazing mortgage company. I did not know Garrick or anyone in his office when I called after seeing an ad for a property auction. For various reasons, I needed to sell quickly and considered an auction as the way to do that. After visiting the property, Garraick urged me to go with a conventional sale.

Garrick and his team did a great job of representing and selling my home, which was a rather unique rural property, including a custom-designed home and four outbuildings. I was concerned as to how the property would be listed and described and in fact had taken photos for use in the listing in case the listing did not capture the unique character of the buildings and setting. To say the least, i was more than pleased at how they represented the property in the listing. They really caught the essence of the place, including aerial drone photos. I didn't feel a need to add a thing to the listing; they captured it.

I had 23 showings in three days with potential buyers coming from as far as 300 miles. We had five offers, all well over the asking price. Once the home was sold I had a lot of work to do getting things ready for the move and on two occasions I needed help, in one case literally three days before the movers were coming. Garrick was able to provide referrals to really good, supportive people who helped me out at reasonable cost.

In summary, Garrick and his entire team did a great job not just with the mechanics of listing and selling the home but providing the reassurance, guidance and information I needed for the process. Garrick Olerud and Anne Rochen worked with me and my family tirelessly, for over two years, to help us find a property in southern Wisconsin that met the needs of four people with differing views on what that property should look like and should contain. They help identify, shared details, and showed us over 100 properties in southern Wisconsin. They guided us through state laws while making offers and working through several contingent offers for a property near Reedsburg which contained hunting, farming and fishing features while being close to a modern small town with safety and medical capabilities. They helped us locate bankers, attorneys, and a title company for the final settlement. They were excellent and played a key part in our successful purchase.
