Bret was amazing. We started the process with her, and she got us to close. We ran into several obstacles while trying to get to the closing table, never deterred, Bret would help to clear those obstacles. We ran into an issues with the finance company that is started with only day before close throwing a roadblock in the progress. Try as we might, the issue with the finance company could not be resolved. Bret put me in touch with another company that she has worked with before and after a late evening call, we had a new plan. Bret talked with the seller, telling them the situation, the seller agreed to move closing 45 days later. I was under an extreme amount of stress, Bret would take my calls and help to assuage my fears. Not once during thos did I ever hear Bret say "I don't know", she always had a plan or two to put into play. I leaned on her alotvduringbthe process and she shouldered the weight no problem. Once I get ready to do so I will use Bret to find rental properties for me to purchase.

Bret was an absolute delight to work with. She made time to answer any question we might have that came up through the process. Her knowledge in the home buying process is so helpful.
