Ken was referred to us thru Veterans United. We lived in San Antonio, saw a house in Lubbock we really liked and wanted to see it. Ken contacted us and we scheduled a weekend to drive up and tour some homes. He recommended a hotel for us. I'm very satisfied with how quickly my house sale went! I first contacted a different realty company, and after so much under enthusiasm from them, I thought the house was doomed to sit on the market for months. Then I called Julianne Robinett. She arrived to the property, and handled everything far more professionally than the other realtor. Julianne said that we were going to get the house sold, and after no more than 2 days on the market she had a conventional loan offer, and a cash offer for the house! I accepted the cash offer, and was relieved being that I had moved over 400 miles away, and had already started a new job. Julianne continued to keep me updated, and the closing date was less than 3 weeks after being put on the market. What was even better is that I didn't have to travel back to close the sale. My experience with Julianne was a blessing from God, and I could not have had a better realtor than Julianne Robinett.

Lauren did a great job representing me in the sale of a house in Lubbock. Lauren is very organized, resourceful and knowledgeable about her job.
