I'm very satisfied with how quickly my house sale went! Julianne said that we were going to get the house sold, and after no more than 2 days on the market she had a conventional loan offer, and a cash offer for the house! I accepted the cash offer, and was relieved being that I had moved over 400 miles away, and had already started a new job.
