Ken contacted us and we scheduled a weekend to drive up and tour some homes. He recommended a hotel for us. We met him at his office, and he gave us a biography book on him, pretty cool, and a pamphlet with 4 houses we were to tour that evening. He drove us around, even cooler, showed us the 4 homes. The next morning, ken picked us up at the hotel, that is what I call service and gave us another pamphlet with more houses to look at. Total of 10 homes that day. He took us to a great hole in the wall BBQ place, yummy, for lunch. After the 10 homes and the 4 the day before, we knew which home we wanted. after discussing it on our way back to San Antonio, we called Ken and put in an offer on the house we now live in. Ken Harlan helped me with a Lubbock, TX property that my mother had lived in. As I was unfamiliar with the Lubbock market, Ken's input was EXTREMELY helpful. He advised me on how to prepare the property for sale, how to handle it during the sale process, and additionally handled on site problems while I was out of the area. I have no doubt that I netted more at closing (after all fees etc.) than I would have had I gone the "for sale by owner" route. His efforts were in excess of what I expected, so I would hire him as my realtor again.

Ken was great! He made the process of selling and buying our new home such a breeze. He was very honest with us on what to do with our old home to get it ready to sell. We had a few hiccups from potential buyers but it wasn't anything we did wrong. Ken made sure we had all the information we needed to move forward once we had a buyer on the old house.
