SO INCREDIBLY THANKFUL!!! After an entire year with a different agent dropping the ball on our property, lying to us & unsuccessfully selling our house, we found Tim. He was thoughtful, supportive, determined & incredibly helpful with all of our needs. Especially with us living our of state, it is a big risk having somebody drive the train of selling and caring for your house. Before working exclusively with Amanda, I had put my condo on the market with a rookie real estate agent new to the area and about to start a full-time job unrelated to the industry. Being a first-time homeowner, this process was new to me and I really had no idea what I was walking into. My condo fell out of escrow twice, and I was now panicking because the inspector had found rats in the attic and I knew I had to work with the HOA (known to be difficult at times) to mitigate the issue. When I made the decision to work with Amanda, she swooped in and calmed the storm. She completely protected me and worked as a buffer. She created a safe space for me to be vulnerable when delivering stressful news and made me feel comfortable enough to be 100% honest with her. It was discovered that my neighbor had recently put up bird feeders outside which were against the rules for this very reason.
