Amanda has helped us sell our 1st house and then found us our second house as well. Now she is helping us sell our second house and she has been a great realtor to us. If we had any question she would answer them and if she didn't know the answer she would get it and get back to us in a timely fashion. Also she was able to help with referring companies to come out and give bids on jobs or even get some of the work we needed done. Amanda was very helpful with guiding me through the purchase of my first home. Her and her team made the process easy and were quick to respond to all the questions and concerns I had. Where do I start!? Amanda took us on about a year and a half again. We were moving from California to Oregon, such a huge move. Anytime we were in the state she was totally willing to show us homes that were out there even though we weren’t ready to move yet. After some twist and turns we decided on a new build, Amanda was so helpful in connecting with them through the home buying process. She traveled to every meeting we had with them, helping us with our celebration mentioning and asking those tough questions. We trust her wholeheartedly, she would do anything for her clients. Before working exclusively with Amanda, I had put my condo on the market with a rookie real estate agent new to the area and about to start a full-time job unrelated to the industry. Being a first-time homeowner, this process was new to me and I really had no idea what I was walking into. My condo fell out of escrow twice, and I was now panicking because the inspector had found rats in the attic and I knew I had to work with the HOA (known to be difficult at times) to mitigate the issue. When I made the decision to work with Amanda, she swooped in and calmed the storm. She completely protected me and worked as a buffer. She created a safe space for me to be vulnerable when delivering stressful news and made me feel comfortable enough to be 100% honest with her. She had contacts to drawn on and was incredibly quick to get these subject matter experts in my condo to assess the issue. It was discovered that my neighbor had recently put up bird feeders outside which were against the rules for this very reason. Because of Amanda’s professional approach to informing the HOA of the issue, Amanda made this entire process seamless without a hiccup. She was the main point-of-contact for all parties involved and at my condo almost every day. I was lucky to live in a good community because my neighbor stepped up to taking care of the damages. I don’t think this situation could have turned out any better. Amanda was able to sell this condo while the issue was being addressed. That’s one incredible real estate agent if you ask me. She earned every penny of her commission and I’m happily working with her again to purchase a bigger house. I highly recommend Amanda because she operates in such good-faith, is an expert in her field, transparent and trustworthy to her clients, and willing to go the extra mile to lend a helping hand.
