I randomly met Bret a month ago and discovered he was a real estate agent and I just happened to be interested in buying a floating house. We toured some houses, found the perfect one and I just got the keys! He's very knowledgeable, professional and a great guy overall. Floating homes require specialized insurance, inspections and financing and he had leads and recommendations for all of it. Everything went so smooth and quick and I credit that to him. He kept me informed on each step and followed up with anyone who seemed to be dragging their feet. I can't recommend him high enough. I can't wait to move in to my dream home!
