I have had the privilege of working with Traci in the past 8 months. I originally met Traci as she worked to help my daughter and son-in-law find and purchase their first home. During an especially competitive market for buyers, she was able to help them submit an offer that was accepted. This was after losing a few other potential homes. During this process, Traci was very responsive to questions and provided timely showings so that they did not lose out on a potential home. After that experience, my husband and I chose to have Traci help us sell our home. We have sold one other home and was not impressed with the agent we worked with in that process. Traci was very different. Traci was very helpful with suggestions about presenting our home as well as pricing the home appropriately. Traci helped with staging our home, taking great photographs, holding open houses, negotiating with buyers agents, and helping us evaluate the offers. We listed our home and with in 5 days we had three competitive offers. The offer we accepted was 6% over our list price. I have in the past not thought that my real estate agent had done much to earn their commission, but with Traci it was different. Traci did a great job for us. She was responsive through out the selling process. We are now working with her to assist us in purchasing our new home. Traci is diligent, responsive and knowledgeable.
