Recently, I unexpectedly inherited a parcel of undeveloped land. Circumstances arranged themselves in such a way that it was important that the land be sold as quickly as possible. Therefore an endeavor that is already fraught with some tension had an additional level of stress and anxiety. I was like a fish out of water, and needed someone knowledgeable and competent to do the heavy lifting to get this done.

Nina was the absolute best! I could not imagine a better realtor to work with for buying a home. My wife and I are Rochester natives living in Virginia and trying to move back to Rochester, so we had to do a lot of our house hunting long-distance.
