Nina was the absolute best! I could not imagine a better realtor to work with for buying a home. My wife and I are Rochester natives living in Virginia and trying to move back to Rochester, so we had to do a lot of our house hunting long-distance. Nina was our local eyes and ears and went above and beyond the call by visiting homes and sending us back videos that gave us a much clearer sense of the house "in person" as opposed to online. As first time home buyers we were unsure of what to expect buying our home but Nina was there through the whole journey with us. She answered our many questions, even early in the morning or late at night. If she wasn't able to make a last minute viewing of a house she would send her coworker in her place to make sure we could see a house as soon as possible. If I could Nina a higher I most definitely would. My family fell on some hard times and I refused to put us back into another renting nightmare so buying was our only option as unprepared as we were. Nina helped us getting the lending we needed after being turned down multiple times and house hunting we went. Time and this market were not on our side but, God and Nina were. 9 months later having been turned down yet again for a house that fit us it came back to us. Nina need gave up hope and put herself out there everytime for.
