Carmen was the best, she took her time with us as we relocated from southern Maine to northern Maine, Carmen worked very hard, helping us pick the right house for us, she even went out and look at homes for us even when we weren't able to make the trip she used every asset to her disposal, text, phone, pitures, videos, and even live video. As a full time investor from out of the area, I need help in getting things done on a Rehab project. Carmen was extremely helpful in providing me with local contacts to do work on a house I had purchased in Houlton.
