Two months ago, when I first talked with Brittany Plante, all I had was a dream in my head about moving to Caribou Maine. I just knew it sounded like a quaint, small, northern Maine town with lots of snow, beautiful homes, and virtually no tornadoes. I had lived through 5 tornadoes passing over my home and 110 degree heat indexes in the Tennessee summers. So, I was ready for the chance to move to where I really wanted to live...far north, northern lights, cool summers, and lovely friendly people.

I was immediately impressed with Brittany, because she was incredibly friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and resourceful. She just made me feel like I had known her all my life. She immediately referred me to Hive Mortgage, contacted the realtor at the property that I liked, and she got the ball rolling immediately!

Thanks to Brittany and Hillary at Hive, the next thing I knew I had a purchase agreement and I was pre-approved for a home loan. Like all of this wasn't amazing enough, Brittany stood by me when I was about to give up. She was calm, patient, caring, and she went out of her way to give me hope and encouragement to not give up.

When I finally made the big move to Caribou, she was beyond exceptional helping me in ways that she did not have to do to get me into my home. She went above and beyond to make my dream happen. She never gave up, and she didn't let me give up. She was just spectacular.
