When I first met Tracy I wasn't looking for a realtor, but I realized within minutes she was someone who could be trusted. Later, when I needed a realtor, I contacted her to help me with the details. She showed me a listing I was familiar with but had passed on it because it was over my budget and the listing sounded a bit "sketchy". Within days she showed me the house, negotiated a good deal for me and the seller, and a couple weeks later we closed.
