Why real estate you might ask? Why NextHome? Two reasonable questions that deserve an honest answer. I have always believed that a real estate agent should be, above all things, honest and willing to work with other agents to help people find the home they want, not push them into a home just because they want a sale. Which brings me to my second answer. In NextHome, we believe in Humans over Houses. The goal is to give you up to date honest information about the homes we sell and to help people navigate an otherwise confusing process. I want people to come to me because they know that at the end of the day, I have their best interest at heart, even if it is not what people want to hear at that time. I also want them to understand what my duties and responsibilities are as a real estate agent so that moving forward, they will understand not only the client/agent relationship, but the process of a transaction. I want them to see that I will help them reach their goals, even if the timing is not currently the right time. That is what NextHome stands for and that is why I chose to work with them. Small town charm, great school system, quiet. Lots of lakes and streams.
Who is your hero?
My parents! They gave me the tools necessary to become the independent adult I am today.

Carmen was the best, she took her time with us as we relocated from southern Maine to northern Maine, Carmen worked very hard, helping us pick the right house for us, she even went out and look at homes for us even when we weren't able to make the trip
she used every asset to her disposal, text, phone, pitures, videos, and even live video. Carmen is a true agent and would recommend very highly and we would use her again..
