This is the second time we have used Andrew Bell for our real estate transition. First time we used him was to buy our house in Jacksonville. Paige and her team did an outstanding job helping us purchase our new condo. Anyone can provide good service when nothing goes wrong. Outstanding service is proven when there are obstacles or problem to overcome. We had a problem with the mortgage company involving the insurance policy provided by the HOA and they disapproved our loan. Paige AND her team jumped in and worked together to meet the needs of the mortgage company within a few days and the sale was completed with only a minimum disruption.
