After moving across the country, he and his wife settled in Palm Coast, Florida, where they raised their four boys, who are active in local schools and sports. When he’s not helping clients, Garrett enjoys riding his motorcycle, playing sports, and immersing himself in different cultures through travel.

My wife and I began looking at homes in the St. Augustine area several months ago. We were "assigned" through Zillow Garret Decker as our real estate agent, and I don't think we could have found on our own a more personable, knowledgable, and responsive
agent than Garrett. From the beginning of our home search through closing and beyond, Garrett has been there for us. He knows the area well, and really listened to what we were looking for in a new home. He has been available for our calls, emails, and texts
to this day (and we've been in our new home almost a year now), and he feels to us like our friend as much as our realtor. More recently, Garrett has worked on our behalf to arrange the sale of a vacant building lot in Palm Coast - once again using his expert

There is an obvious reason Garrett was the Palm Coast Realtor of the year. My wife and I were searching to buy a home in Palm Coast. After looking at may properties we weren't finding a good fit. Garrett suggested we buy land and build. My wife wanted
to be on a cul de sac. Garrett emailed us several propteries (while he was preparing to go on vacation by the way) and the last one was perfect. Cul de sac with a canal in the back which we purchased. Garrett provided excellent guidance through the land purchase
and several home builders . We are close to signing a contract with the one that we have chosen. Garrett has been accessible, responsive, knowledgeable and "direct" with the builders on our behalf when necessary. I'm predicting the 2023 Palm Coast Realtor

Garrett is a veteran and family man so he has extreme patience, just what our department needed. He worked with us for months, assisting our department while we got a Jacksonville FL residential asset rehabbed and ready for the market. He regularly made
