Ray’s expertise is reinforced by specialized training and certifications, including Florida Military Specialist, Military Relocation Professional, and Real Estate Negotiation Expert. He is also actively involved in the local American Legion and Women’s Council of Realtors, staying connected to both his community and his profession.

He proudly works alongside his wife, Maureen, as part of Team Hightower. Licensed REALTORS® in Florida since 2014 and Palm Coast residents since 2013, they quickly fell in love with the area and now enjoy helping others do the same—minus the trial-and-error phase.
