Finding the right place was everything. Heather asked the right questions and knew exactly what we needed. We were scheduled to see the house that became our home on a Saturday. By Tuesday it had other offers. Heather was on it, she let us know and booked

He was very persistent in navigating the management company and tenants (that were occupying the property) to get us answers to our questions. He also helped us get back into see the property again prior to ownership, which allowed us to have our contractors there ready to work on closing day.

We needed to sell my father's house but we live out of state. Kent came highly recommended and was so helpful in taking care of everything from removing all the unwanted furniture to having the roof leak repaired and having the house professionally cleaned

I live in California and my sister in Florida was hospitalized with no chance of recovery. I was forced to sell her house in St. Petersburg. I was so fortunate to have a local notary refer me to Kent Rodahaver to act as my real estate agent. My sister's
