While my husband and I were looking to purchase a second home in Florida, we heard that a few friends had recently purchased in Cape Coral.
I only had one day to explore the area and look at homes. I contacted several realtors to see who was available and only one realtor responded; and that was Marie Sullivan.
The 2 homes that I had selected were not as nice as the online photos and they were on fresh water canals. Once Marie realized the style of home that we were looking for, she mentioned that there was a home in her neighborhood that she thought we should check out. Marie was very helpful and informative as to the area and also about Florida in general. She pointed out that a salt water canal with ocean access would be much more desirable should we ever decide to sell. Also what areas were public water versus well and septic, etc. There was a lot to learn but Marie helped every step of the way.
We chose the home in her neighborhood as it’s close to everything and it’s everything we wanted.

After searching for several years for a property in Florida, Marie helped me locate a great property for me.
