Although I was born in Mississippi and have moved to many areas across the country (including the Midwest and even all the way out there in California!) I have enjoyed living in Southwest Florida for the past 18 years with my family. My husband and I have been lucky to be able to experience raising both a girl and a boy, as well as our adopted family members: our dog Sachsen, our rabbit Cinnabunn, and our parakeet Fluffy.
Being a mother of teenagers (yay!) and formerly employed as ESE Instructional Support for the local school district, I have learned how to navigate our public school system. I fully understand the stress of looking for that perfect house that fits your needs and desires as well as that just right school. I would love to provide some relief and guide you on your journey to finding the best home for your family near your school of choice so you can relax and start enjoying the SWFL lifestyle!

Sara was a great help in helping us find our new home! She always responded to any questions we had very quickly, listened to our preferences for a house, and even did a remote viewing while we were out of state when a property came on the market we were
interested in.
Sara did a fantastic job of helping us find just the right house. She took the time to get a good feel for what we were looking for and even did some video tours for us when we could not get there in person to view a house. Her knowledge was very helpful

Sara was AMAZING!!! From being nice enough to show up last minute to show me the house because I was literally leaving town in less then 24 hours to working with us every step of the way and helping us find necessary vendors for insurance and even helping
us find possible back-up lenders because ours was literally AWFUL, Sara totally had our back all the way through purchasing our retirement home. I cannot recommend her enough. You will not be sorry if you use Sara as your realtor!

Sara and I worked together on a deal that nearly fell apart every step of the way earlier this year (2018). With every hurdle we had to cross, she and I somehow managed to keep the deal alive. THEN...came the hurdle that was certainly the death of our
deal we had been working so hard on. To my amazement, somehow Sara managed to pull a rabbit out of her hat at the last second and we all made it to the closing table! Way to go, Sara!! Thanks so much for all of your hard work! Hopefully we can put another
deal together again soon. :)

Sara is very professional and knowledgeable about the properties we viewed. Sara listened to understand my wants in a new home and was supportive throughout the process.
Sara is a pleasure to work with! I particularly enjoyed how organized and prepared she is along with the customized property folders she prepared for me which included info on the properties we were heading out to visit. Since I did not always have the
flexibility to travel to Fort Myers to view properties Sara was kind enough to go view properties and have me on the line via FaceTime or via video....she went above and beyond and I truly appreciated that.
Even after the sale was completed on the property Sara made sure I was prepared to venture into the next step in the process which included loads of information on establishing utilities for the home which was SUPER helpful since again live out of state.
I hope to work with Sara again in the future and will definitely recommend her services to family & friends!
