My husband and I relocated to Florida in 1999, and since then, Cape Coral has become our cherished home. Nella is amazing. I listed my two properties with her in mid-March. She is very knowledgeable and works hard to get your property sold and closed. She listed my properties and within a week I had offers on both my properties. The first property closed

Nella is terrific! During the home search, she really listened to what we were looking for. She sent us houses to review, that she thought would interest us, accordingly. We were house shopping from out of state, which was an additional challenge. Nella,
handle this without a problem. She went above and beyond, even meeting us in a shopping center parking lot, so we could sign a purchase offer, and still catch our plane on time!! Additionally, Nella worked with our lender, promptly, to ensure a smooth closure.
