Courtney was great! She had the house cleaned and staged. Also had a professional phtographer come out to take outside and inside photos. A couple open houses and showing and we got on contract. The first one fell thorugh and it went back on the market. Then we got on contract again and it sold. I think it took 2-3 weeks to sell during a time when the market was down. We got over asking price. We had already moved so she took care of everything. Communication was constant. I highly recommend Courtney!
