Hi, I’m Jasmine Kendig—a Colorado Realtor serving Highlands Ranch, Parker, Lone Tree, Littleton, Castle Rock, and surrounding Denver metro communities.

I help clients navigate real estate during some of life’s most complex transitions—buying a step-up home, starting over after a major change, or helping parents downsize and move into their next chapter.

I’m also a second-generation Colorado native, which means this isn’t just where I work—it’s home. I understand these communities deeply, and I care about the people building their lives in them.

Outside of real estate, life is grounded in the same things I encourage my clients to prioritize: balance and perspective. I live in Colorado with my husband and our son, and you’ll usually find me teaching yoga, working out, or spending time around horses—something that’s been a part of my life for years and keeps me rooted in discipline, patience, and presence.
