“Home is where the heart is,” is not just a cliché for me; it is a sentiment that truly defines me! My childhood memories include our home in the country as well as temporary homes where we lived as itinerant ministers, traveling the United States.  I think about the early days of marriage and our starter home followed by the log home that we built ourselves, contrasted by our current home in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.  Through different seasons and different styles, memories have been created, shared, and cherished.

 I am blessed to have been married to Brad for 42 years and we have three amazing sons, three lovely daughters-in-laws, and four beautiful granddaughters. Our hobbies include music, cooking, mountain exploring and riding four wheelers.  But best of all we enjoy cruises and find that our happy place is on the beach under blue skies!

 Though our homes have changed over the years, what has not changed is our love for home and family.  We are still making memories around the table with delicious food, laughter and even some competition. (Remember, we have boys!) 

 As a Realtor, I incorporate into my professional life the things that are most important in my personal life:  faith, family, and home. 

 Nine years ago, I began working with Keller Williams and was named Rookie of the Year.  I am passionate about the rewarding work of helping families, couples, first-time buyers, or transitioning seniors to find the perfect home – a home where they can feel safe and begin building new memories.  I have recently joined NextHome in order to simplify my life and be more available to my family and clients.

I have helped several 50+ clients through the emotional, physical, and mental adjustments of downsizing.  This includes my own mother, for whom I have been a caregiver. I have benefitted greatly from these first-hand experiences and feel especially gifted to serve this demographic. 

More than anything else, the success I have experienced in both my personal and professional life is attributed to my faith in Jesus Christ.  Trusting Him to direct my life has never failed!
