Before transitioning into real estate, Bill held senior leadership roles at nationally recognized financial institutions, including USAA, where he served as a Product Management Director. In that role, he worked closely with partners such as Visa, American Express, and Mastercard, leading strategic initiatives that enhanced the customer experience and drove meaningful growth. His work consistently centered on understanding client needs, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that create real, measurable value.
