Pleasanton, CA — April 3, 2026 — NextHome is proud to announce NextHome The Agency Group’s fourth office addition, located in Charleston, South Carolina. The brokerage joins the growing NextHome franchise, which currently has more than 600 active office locations across the country.
NextHome The Agency Group (Charleston) builds on the connected, knowledgeable, and supportive network that exists across the company’s Myrtle Beach, Summerville, and Manassas offices.
Owner Lonnie Plaster launched the first of these four offices in early 2024 and, since then, has attracted and retained talented real estate leaders to each office. The Charleston office is led by Broker-in-Charge Christina (Ellis) Sineath. Christina is a seasoned real estate professional who has been with the Summerville office for the past two years.

Located in South Carolina’s most populous city, NextHome The Agency Group (Charleston) serves clients throughout Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, West Ashley, and the remainder of the Charleston metro area. The brokerage provides in-depth insights into the area’s diverse real estate needs, including commercial real estate, military relocations, academic housing, vacation and second homes, luxury properties, and all other types of residential real estate.

Christina has been a Charleston local for more than 27 years, and she became a licensed real estate agent in 2001. Christina has consistently taken real estate service to the next level, whether working with small local firms or large regional offices.
Within one year of starting her career, Christina became the sales manager at a Charleston-area boutique brokerage. Two years later, she became the office’s broker-in-charge.
In 2007, Christina opened her own independent brokerage, Ellis and Associates. In the years that followed, her unstoppable enthusiasm for real estate led to a career in coaching. Christina is proud to count herself among a small and elite group of professionals who sustained thriving real estate careers before, during, and after the housing crash of 2008.
Navigating vast swings in market dynamics helped Christina develop strong skills in advertising, contracts, business development, coaching, commercial real estate, investment, mortgage lending, agent attraction and retention, and more.
“I knew that if I ever opened a Charleston office, Christina would be the one to lead it,” Lonnie said. “She brings a drive and passion to everything she does that truly benefits both the agents and the clients.”
Christina and Lonnie met through Carolina One Real Estate, where she launched the company’s commercial division. When Lonnie opened NextHome The Agency Group, Christina joined the Summerville office.
In October, Christina helped Lonnie launch Pillar Home Loans, a mortgage company joint venture.
Combined, Lonnie and Christina offer decades of experience that they use for the benefit of their agents and clients.
