Having written, negotiated, or reviewed more than 1,200 real estate contracts throughout her career, Grace offers clients a rare combination of professional education, practical experience, and deep community connection.
After earning her undergraduate degree in broadcast journalism, Grace completed her MBA from the University of Baltimore in 2001. She went on to spend a decade as a marketing director for national and international companies. Her early professional background also includes roles as a writer, editor, nonprofit advertising director, and senior account manager for several public relations firms.
“Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong strategic marketing and communications approach,” Grace said. “Combined with my love of community, real estate became the perfect place for all of these passions to come together.”
Grace became a licensed real estate professional in 2004 and quickly built a reputation for knowledgeable, client-centered service. As a real estate coach, she developed a five-part training course that equipped new agents with the practical skills they needed to gain knowledge and success, not taught in traditional real estate schools.
In 2014, Grace opened Vista Florida Realty in Viera/Suntree. Under her leadership, the firm quickly grew to more than 30 agents and became one of the leading independent brokerages in the Viera market.
The brokerage’s success attracted the attention of a luxury brand, which purchased Vista Florida Realty in 2020. Grace’s integral role in its growth led her to stay on as a regional managing broker, overseeing two offices and millions in annual sales volume.
In 2023, Grace’s hard work earned her the opportunity to retire from her management role. However, she remained connected to her community and her real estate clients. That care for others prompted Grace to consider launching a new brokerage, but this time with the strength and backing of a quality franchise with a national footprint.
“I discovered NextHome years ago, and the brand’s personality always resonated with me,” Grace said. “After more than six years, NextHome’s VP of Sales, Charis Moreno, continued to keep in touch. A well-timed email from Charis was the nudge I needed to begin my next chapter as a NextHome franchise owner.”

Grace is equally known for her dedication to community service. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Space Coast Cancer Foundation and a local animal sanctuary. She continues to support numerous charitable organizations and has rescued animals in need—including a rescue puppy from Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria, a kitten from a local cat rescue, and a red fox labrador originally from the Ukraine.
