Pleasanton, CA — October 31, 2025 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Property Advisors, located in Midlothian, Texas. The brokerage joins the growing NextHome franchise that currently has more than 600 active office locations across the country.
Located just 30 minutes south of Dallas/Fort Worth, NextHome Property Advisors serves clients throughout Midlothian, Mansfield, Waxahachie, and the remainder of Dallas, Tarrant, and Ellis counties. The brokerage specializes in residential real estate, offering additional expertise in land, farm, ranch, and property management.
NextHome Property Advisors is owned by the husband-and-wife team of Haleigh Bush Kurth and Colton Kurth.
“We have been living in this community our whole lives,” Haleigh said. “I was born and raised in Ellis County, graduated from Midlothian High School, and we each have years of experience in this market. With this wealth of generational knowledge, NextHome Property Advisors can offer clients perspectives they can’t get anywhere else. We are excited to open a brokerage in our hometown and serve the community we all grew up in.”
As they open this office, Haleigh and Colton are accelerating a decade-long track record of knowledgeable, client-centered real estate experiences.

That client-centered commitment is backed by Haleigh and Colton’s connection to every one of the office’s 20 agents. Haleigh serves as an accessible broker of record and co-owner, while Colton, who also holds a broker’s license, provides an additional layer of agent support. In addition to connected ownership, NextHome Property Advisors agents are supported by a dedicated administrative staff that keeps transactions moving smoothly and ensures a consistently high standard of service.
“Our goal isn’t just to close a transaction; it’s to build a relationship that lasts for years,” Colton said. “We meet clients where they are, create a plan around their goals, and walk with them until they reach the finish. That emphasis on doing what is right for the client, even if that means turning down a transaction, has helped Haleigh and Colton thrive through both market highs and lows.
A second-generation REALTOR®, Haleigh has been a licensed real estate associate for more than 13 years. She launched her career the day after college graduation as an assistant for a local high-producing associate. Her organizational skills and drive soon propelled her into an administrative role for the brokerage, where she became highly skilled at onboarding, training, and associate management.
Haleigh later joined the Mansfield office of a large brokerage where she wrote the training manual for the company’s administrative staff and helped develop additional educational materials. She went on to onboard agents for 27 offices and helped facilitate a major merger.
Eventually, Haleigh built her own team, and her success continued to grow. Colton joined her as a full-time real estate associate after a career in clinical psychology. Today, his real estate transaction expertise complements his leadership of BTRG Property Management, a company he continues to oversee alongside their brokerage.
Over the years, Haleigh and Colton have built a wealth of knowledge in brokerage management and agent support, including a partnership with NextHome that stretches back to 2021.
