Under the leadership of Principal Broker Sal Torres, NextHome Coast & Valley is streamlining the real estate experience. Clients gain one-stop access to more than 15 years of local lending expertise alongside more than 25 years of residential and commercial real estate experience.

Sal has led multiple NextHome offices in both Nevada and California, helping numerous agents elevate their careers. As he expands his expertise to Monterey, Sal is partnering with a team of exceptional local professionals to combine the best of real estate sales with in-depth local lending knowledge.
His track record of success began more than 25 years ago at a local boutique brokerage, where he grew the company to 20 agents while personally closing more than 30 transactions annually. Along the way, he built his own rental property portfolio and developed a reputation for knowledgeable service across a wide range of transaction types.
In 2004, Sal opened Realty Professional, sharpening his skills in negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership.
In 2012, he converted his brokerage into CREA Realty Inc., creating a trusted community resource that grew to 42 agents and attracted talent from across the Inland Empire. Whether assisting with loan modifications, avoiding foreclosure, or guiding homeowners through short sales, Sal and his team provided critical support to those in need.
In 2018, Sal discovered NextHome through REALTOR® Magazine and began researching the company.
