NextHome Collective is owned by Lisa Baltozer, a talented real estate professional with more than three decades of local knowledge. Lisa’s unflagging commitment to professionalism has elevated the standard of real estate service throughout North Central Florida since she began her career in the 1990s.
Lisa’s journey in real estate began as a local leasing agent. After gaining experience in leasing and property management, she transitioned into real estate sales in 1995 and became a licensed broker in 1999. Since then, Lisa has been known for delivering a higher standard of client care, one that’s defined by long-term relationships and personal attention.

Lisa’s dedication to excellence is reflected in numerous industry designations, including ABR, CRS, GRI, SRS, and the prestigious Florida Board Certified REALTOR® distinction—held by only 34 agents across the state. A top-producing agent in the Gainesville–Alachua County area, Lisa has closed more than 200 transactions and over $50 million in sales since 2020 alone.

She currently serves as President of the Gainesville-Alachua County Association of REALTORS® (GACAR) and has held numerous leadership roles at both the local and state level. She’s especially passionate about mentoring new agents and has spent years dedicated to state and local level professional development.
Lisa also gives back to her community through volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity and Rebuilding Together. She is also a founding member of the GACAR Giving Circle.
