Pleasanton, CA — September 5, 2025 — NextHome is proud to announce that Danny Klotz will be continuing NextHome Connection’s legacy of knowledgeable client care as the brokerage’s new owner.
Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, NextHome Connection is a valued member of the growing NextHome franchise that currently has more than 600 active office locations across the country. The office has been helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals since opening in 2016.
NextHome Connection provides local expertise for a wide variety of real estate needs, including farm, land, equine properties, new construction, residential resale, commercial, historic properties, and more. The brokerage serves clients throughout Indianapolis, Carmel, Zionsville, Avon, Brownsburg, Plainfield, Greenwood, and the remainder of the Indianapolis metropolitan area.
For nine years, NextHome Connection has built a strong local reputation through the talented leadership of Paula Henry. As the office moves into its next chapter, Danny looks forward to preserving Paula’s commitment to knowledgeable representation and NextHome Connection’s culture of service and professionalism.

Danny and Paula are working together as a connected leadership team, making the transition seamless for clients and agents. Paula will continue as NextHome Connection’s managing broker as she nurtures the next generation of leadership. She will also continue to remain a full-time agent for her clientele.
Clients and agents can also expect longtime NextHome Connection agent, Tonya McCarthy, to step into greater leadership roles as the brokerage continues to grow.

Danny’s commitment to excellent client service has been a trademark of his real estate career since obtaining his license in 2015. Prior to real estate, Danny worked as a pit crew member in the exciting realm of IndyCar racing. Supporting high-performance drivers in split-second scenarios helped Danny build an uncanny talent for excellence under pressure.
Since pivoting into real estate, Danny has built a career defined by excellence.
“It’s always been really important to me to center the client as the whole reason for real estate,” Danny said.
Danny is dual licensed in both Colorado and Indiana. He opened his first NextHome franchise in Sedalia, Colorado.
“It was awesome finding a franchise that understood why client-focused, quality real estate matters,” Danny said. “NextHome doesn’t pressure me to meet agent quotas. Instead, the pressure is on providing unparalleled service. I wish I would have known NextHome existed years ago. The franchise’s energy and lighthearted approach to real estate really resonated with me. Right away I felt like these were my people.”
As he builds his real estate business, Danny remains centered on family, service, and helping others achieve their dreams.
“I never forget for a day, for a moment, that I’m helping people with some of the biggest financial decisions of their life,” Danny said. “I do take that to heart.”
Danny still enjoys helping his sphere in Indiana, and takes the lessons learned on the track about dedication and precision into every client interaction.
Danny and his wife Rachel are raising two young children, Ariyah and Caden. The family enjoys being outdoors, raising chickens, dogs, and horses, and cheering for Ariyah as she improves in gymnastics.
“No matter how big, stressful, wonderful, or terrible my day was, I can sit on the back porch and have a reset,” Danny said. “That’s the kind of peace I want to help each client achieve as they find their own perfect home.”
