Pleasanton, CA — August 22, 2025 — NextHome is proud to announce that NextHome MainStreet, in Peachtree City, Georgia, is continuing its legacy of excellence under new ownership. The new ownership team includes Joshua Hares and Sydney Zych-Dosch, with Dan Craddock as Managing Broker.
The brokerage is a proud continuation of the NextHome franchise that currently has more than 600 active office locations across the country.
Located in the Metro Atlanta area, NextHome MainStreet serves clients throughout Peachtree City, Fayetteville, Newnan, Griffin, Atlanta, and surrounding cities.
The transition continues the legacy of former owner Tommy Allen, who was instrumental in establishing a strong, client-focused culture.

A longtime real estate investor and entrepreneur, Joshua has built a reputation for creating companies that people can trust. Throughout the early years of his career, he worked with various real estate brokerages across the nation developing CRM technology. Today, Joshua serves as the Executive Vice President of the Atlanta Better Business Bureau, where he has spent over a decade championing ethical business practices and nurturing consumer trust throughout the region.
Sydney will be leading NextHome MainStreet’s business strategy as Chief Executive Officer. Sydney, who is also Josh’s daughter, offers a wealth of expertise in business development and leadership. Her experiences as a military veteran give Sydney the opportunity to provide connected, compassionate service for military relocations. She continues to serve in the Army Reserves.
A licensed real estate agent since 2022, Sydney is also the COO of a thriving gymnastics business. She will be using her talents for team building, operations, and community engagement to take NextHome MainStreet’s service to the next level.

The Hares family was first introduced to NextHome after connecting with Tommy through their church.

As NextHome Main Street moves into its next chapter, the brokerage will continue to operate on the foundational idea that in real estate, relationships matter most.

When she isn’t at the office, Sydney loves to stay active. On weekends, you can find her taking her 5-year-old son L.J. on hikes through the beautiful Georgia countryside. When she’s not working or spending time with her loved ones, Sydney enjoys curling up with a good book or exploring the outdoors. She’s an active volunteer at her church, Passion City, where she serves in the youth ministry.
Joshua, a Navy veteran, is equally passionate about his faith and community involvement. Along with Sydney, he volunteers extensively at Passion City, working with both the young adult and children’s programs. When he’s not giving back, Joshua loves to spend time on the water – whether that’s fishing, boating, or just relaxing by the lake. He also enjoys attending sporting events and traveling with his wife and their large family.
Together, the family cares deeply about supporting the foster care community.
