Charis Moreno has been promoted to Chief Revenue Officer. Since joining NextHome, Charis has been a driving force behind the company’s success. Her leadership has been instrumental in developing innovative strategies to support franchisees and members, while consistently fostering growth across the network. In her new role as Chief Revenue Officer, Charis will continue to lead initiatives that expand opportunities for NextHome offices and strengthen the company’s ability to deliver long-term value to its members.
Jim Fischetti has been appointed President of Brokerage Operations. Jim has played a pivotal role in shaping NextHome’s learning, development, and coaching programs, ensuring members have the tools and support they need to thrive. With NextHome’s recent partnership with Workman Success Systems, Verl Workman and his team now oversee learning and development under Jim’s leadership. His new title reflects the broad impact he has had across the organization, as well as his ongoing commitment to enhancing the brokerage experience throughout the NextHome network.
