NextHome Village and Vale is owned by Danny Klotz, an experienced real estate professional with a passion for providing winning real estate experiences.
“I really focus on what the client is looking for and keep that front and center every step of the way,” Danny said. “Every transaction is different, and I always make sure at the finish line that it’s a win-win for everyone.”
Danny’s commitment to excellent client service has been a trademark of his real estate career since obtaining his license in 2015. He is dual licensed in both Colorado and Indiana and specializes in finding the right rural or urban lifestyle home for each client.
“Whether it’s city living, rural, equine properties, investment, historic architecture, farm, land, or high-rise condos downtown–I’ve been through it all,” Danny said.
Throughout his career, Danny has worked with national franchises. However, as a corporate feel set in, Danny knew he wanted to make a change.
“It’s always been really important to me to center the client as the whole reason for real estate,” Danny said. “I wish I would have known NextHome existed years ago. The franchise’s energy and lighthearted approach to real estate really resonated with me. Right away I felt like these were my people.”
Danny’s personal real estate philosophy also prioritized quality representation over quantity of agents in a firm. With NextHome, he found a franchise that shared his vision.
“Putting the people buying and selling homes secondary to rapid brokerage growth would completely defeat the purpose of why I’m in this industry.” Danny said. “It was awesome finding a franchise that understood why client-focused, quality real estate matters. Prior to real estate, Danny worked as a pit crew member in the exciting realm of IndyCar racing. Supporting high-performance drivers in split-second scenarios helped Danny build an uncanny talent for excellence under pressure.
While he still enjoys helping both real estate and motorsports clients in Indiana, Danny has built a thriving rural life in Colorado. From their own beautiful equine property, Danny and his wife Rachel are raising two young children, Ariyah and Caden. The family enjoys being outdoors, raising chickens, and cheering for Ariyah as she improves in gymnastics.
“No matter how big, stressful, wonderful, or terrible my day was, I can sit on the back porch and have a reset,” Danny said. “That’s the kind of peace I want to help each client achieve as they find their own perfect home.”
