After becoming licensed in 1989, Dan built a thriving business. Dan’s unparalleled service level has been recognized through various awards, including being named The Orlando Business Journal’s Best in Sales and Top Local Real Estate Professional.
Over the years, Dan developed a sterling reputation for unparalleled commitment to his clients.

Throughout Dan’s remarkable career, he has worked with an array of brokerages including regional independents, franchised firms, and boutiques. His leadership skills eventually led Dan to a management role for three Christie’s International offices. While there, he became the go-to resource for 78 high-performing luxury agents.
“These agents knew they could call me with any question on anything at any time,” Dan said. “I had to be on the ball every single day, including on the weekends, helping them with their open houses, technology questions, contract questions, and more.”
After many notable years with Christie’s International, Dan became the owner of his own real estate franchise. However, when his contract with this nationally franchised brand came up for renewal, Dan wanted something more. That’s when he discovered NextHome.
