NextHome Finest First offers clients a unique approach to real estate through an ownership team of law enforcement professionals. Lane Clark and Adam Weisinger are looking forward to growing a brokerage that serves New York’s finest through exceptional real estate representation.
NextHome Finest First offers expertise in commercial, investment, residential, and rental real estate. The brokerage serves clients throughout all of NYC plus Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk County) as well as Upstate. Both Adam and Lane are New York natives who share a dedication to serving their community. Lane’s involvement in real estate began over 10 years ago managing real estate investments. In 2019, he obtained his real estate license and began successfully combining dual careers in home sales and law enforcement.
“The two careers are really complimentary,” Lane said. “I have learned to know these areas inside and out. Also, negotiation and communications skills have to be exceptional as a police officer. Those are skills that have also served me well in real estate.”
Adam obtained his real estate sales license in 2022 and quickly became an exceptional sales agent. Working with Exit Realty, Adam and Lane were consistently ranked in the top 20 for producing agents. They were also repeatedly named Top Performers at their brokerage.

In 2023, Lane and Adam were ready to run their business on their own terms – in a way that elevated the client experience. That’s when they discovered NextHome.

In addition to their service in law enforcement, Lane and Adam volunteer their time to help local Senior Citizens. Whether it’s a quick check on someone’s grandparents or snow removal during a storm, Adam and Lane make themselves readily available for those who need it most.
