Pleasanton, CA — June 24, 2022 — NextHome is pleased to announce the opening of NextHome Fusion Realty in Erie, Colorado. The brokerage joins the growing NextHome franchise that currently has 587 active office locations across the country.
Located just north of Denver, the brokerage will provide client-centered real estate experiences for buyers and sellers throughout Boulder, Loveland, Longmont, Fort Collins, and the remainder of the north Denver Metropolitan area.
NextHome Fusion Realty is owned by Tamara Wessel-Stodder, a Colorado local with a 21-year track record of excellence in real estate.
Tamara first obtained her real estate license in 2001. She spent the next several years providing people-first service at several nationally-recognized franchises.
“Through more than two decades in this business, my greatest accomplishment is still the people who I have been able to help,” Tamara said.
A treasured career memory for Tamara involved helping a woman who, after experiencing foreclosure, thought home buying was hopeless.
“After calling around, she thought that no one would help her,” Tamara said. “I was able to connect her with the right mortgage broker and we found her a home of her own.”
Years later, Tamara’s Humans Over Houses approach to sales has created a thriving business founded on high-quality referrals.
As her business continued to grow, Tamara knew she wanted to become a franchise owner. While considering franchise opportunities, Tamara saw NextHome mentioned in REALTOR® Magazine. The value NextHome offered convinced Tamara that she had found a company that aligned with her business goals.

Tamara serves her community through various projects and partnerships. For the past six years, she has donated a decked-out tree to The Learning Center’s annual Festival of Trees fundraiser. The center provides support for families of children who struggle with learning disabilities.
In her spare time, Tamara enjoys traveling, gardening, and reading.
