Pleasanton, CA — May 18, 2022 — The NextHome Franchise was recently recognized by the Franchise Business Review in three categories: Top Low-Cost Franchise, Top Recession-Proof Franchise, and Top Franchise for Women

These accolades follow Franchise Business Review naming NextHome No. 1 on their list of the Top Franchises for 2022 in the country. This is the second year in a row for NextHome earning the No. 1 standing.

Franchise Business Review (FBR), a franchise research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction, provides the only rankings of franchises based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance. Franchise Business Review publishes its rankings of top franchises in its annual Guide to Today’s Top Franchises, as well as in quarterly reports throughout the year that rank the top franchises in specific sectors.

NextHome was among 267 franchise brands that participated in Franchise Business Review’s research. NextHome franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including leadership, training & support, financial opportunity, and work/life balance.

“Franchising provides many options to women seeking business ownership on a full- or part-time basis,” said Michelle Rowan, President and COO of Franchise Business Review. “There are thousands of different franchise opportunities available, so it’s important to examine feedback from other female franchise owners on how well the franchise meets their expectations in terms of support, work/life balance, financial opportunity, and other key areas of business ownership before making the leap. When you look at the brands on this year’s list of the Top Franchises for Women, a whopping 88% of women said they enjoy owning and operating their own business, making them all excellent options for women looking to make the transition to owning and operating their own business.”

“It was always important for me when I was asked to lead the growth of the NextHome brand that we brought on the right people that share our vision, provide value, make a difference, and raise the bar in our industry,” said Charis Moreno, Vice President of Sales at NextHome. “Seeing that we made the list in a category I represent makes what we are doing that much more important and inspiring to me. Helping every class and gender become a business owner in our country is part of the American Dream, and to see we are leading in that dream makes our success incredibly meaningful.”

Being named a Top Low-Cost Franchise and Top Recession-Proof Franchise is a testament to NextHome’s flexible franchise model and corporate support. It’s important to note that in no way does “low cost” imply “limited” as NextHome is a full-service franchise. Owners can pick what works best for their business, whether it’s a large office with lots of agents or a virtual office of one. NextHome’s single sign-on marketing and technology platform allows owners to do what they do best, run a successful real estate business, rather than tracking down and recreating all the systems themselves. NextHome’s corporate team is always available to help along the way with a real person behind the call or email.

NextHome is thrilled to be a franchise opportunity for all with an affordable point of entry with the capability to withstand recession woes.
