Pleasanton, CA — May 12, 2022 — NextHome is pleased to announce the newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Driven, based in Hoboken, New Jersey. The brokerage represents the 532nd office to join the NextHome franchise out of 580 active office locations across the country.
NextHome Driven will serve clients across New Jersey, with many experienced agents already selling in both Bergen County to the north and Cape May County in the south. As the brokerage expands, owner Tony Arcuri hopes to expand service throughout all of the state’s 21 counties.
Tony came into real estate after a long career in the automotive service industry. He entered real estate after spending many years as a certified master auto and diesel mechanic. Throughout his early professional years, Tony also assumed operational responsibilities and became adept at organizational management. His interest in real estate blossomed after he sold his own home.
“I knew that if I applied all the determination, skill, and knowledge I had gained in the automotive industry to real estate, that I could be very successful,” Tony said.
After obtaining his sales license in 2011, Tony’s unrelenting work ethic created remarkable success. Tony sold with a nationally franchised brand for nine years.
“I’ve always had a passion for helping other people,” said Tony, who is also a volunteer firefighter. “My first instinct is to help when I see someone in need. That held true in my real estate career as well. I wanted to build a place where agents could get the tools and resources they need to be successful.”
When Tony decided to open his own brokerage, he considered the options. That’s when Tony reconnected with an old friend, NextHome Force Realty Partner’s owner Allan Burns.
“I watched what he was doing and noticed a few things that I liked,” Tony said. “When I saw a lot of the programs that NextHome offers right out of the gate, without any hidden fees, I knew that was what I wanted. As a broker/owner with NextHome, I can envision the ability to succeed on a level that I can’t achieve with any other franchise.”
Today, NextHome Driven is offering real estate service that puts people over profits and humans over houses.
“We will put in the same superior level of work no matter the price point,” Tony said. “We will do everything we can no matter what, because the client is at the center of all we do.”
That client-centered service starts with NextHome Driven’s agent culture and the support agents are provided with. Tony has even implemented a car service for the company’s agents to further help the hard work they provide their clients.
“The type of agent who will be expanding with us is one who is looking to be a part of a family culture, and leave behind cut-throat tactics,” Tony said. “A NextHome Driven agent is one who is ready for real change, who is looking to be a part of a community, and who is willing to be a partner in true progress. At NextHome Driven, we have plans and systems in place for agents to grow over and over again.”
As a Hoboken native, Tony is dedicated to serving in his hometown. It isn’t unusual to see him on an average weekday morning buying food for the homeless after a morning workout. Tony is also passionate about New Jersey’s homeless veterans. His dream is to one day provide temporary housing for some of these people who have dedicated their lives to serving their country.
