Pleasanton, CA — December 2, 2021 — NextHome is pleased to announce the newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Frontier, based in Tampa, Florida. The brokerage represents the 526th office to join the NextHome franchise out of 553 active office locations across the country.
NextHome Frontier will serve clients across Florida’s western shores including Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, and Polk counties.
The brokerage is owned by Vibha Shevade, a NextHome agent who is dedicated to serving her clients and community.
Vibha embarked on her real estate career in 2017 after leaving a job as a corporate software analyst. In the years that followed, Vibha found a true passion for helping clients and mentoring fellow agents.
Vibha spent nine months with a nationally franchised brokerage before joining NextHome Discovery in 2018. She was the recipient of the Premier Sales Award in 2020 and her annual sales volume exceeds $6 million.
As a NextHome agent, Vibha loved the access she got to all the company’s tools and technology.
“After joining NextHome, I thought I had discovered a hidden secret,” Vibha said. “Coming from a tech background, I loved the technology that the company offered its agents. I was sold and haven’t looked back since.”
Vibha knew that with NextHome she could achieve her dreams of taking her career to the next level and put her business education to good use. Vibha holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
“I decided to open NextHome Frontier because I knew I had found my niche,” Vibha said. “I feel I’ve finally found my career. I’ve had multiple careers both in corporate America and as a sales agent, but the ability to run my own business and mentor agents gives me fresh energy. I love what I do.”
Today, NextHome Frontier is offering clients Vibha’s own brand of personalized customer service combined with NextHome’s suite of industry leading marketing tools.
“My first goal with clients is to help them feel comfortable,” Vibha said. “After they are comfortable, then I can share my knowledge about an area. I hand-pick the houses that I send my clients after really listening to their needs. I am knowledgeable, I am honest, and I give great customer service – and that is the foundation that NextHome Frontier agents will operate on.”
Vibha is looking to grow the brokerage, focusing on agent quality over quantity.
The right type of agent to join NextHome Frontier will be adaptable to a changing market, dedicated to self-improvement, and someone who will put humans over houses.
“I want driven folks who share the NextHome vision,” Vibha said.
Vibha works diligently to improve her community through active service. She is the president of her local Democratic Club, has run for elected office, and has served on the City of Tampa Budget and Finance Committee. Vibha has been a member of the Hillsborough County Sheriff Indian Advisory Council for the past seven years and she served as the organization’s president in 2018. The group aims to bridge the cultural divide between the Indian community and the Sheriff’s Department. In addition, the council sponsors two Title 1 elementary schools. Each year, Vibha and her colleagues fill 200 backpacks with school supplies and donate them to children in need. The council has also hosted anti-bullying campaigns, senior safety seminars, shooter readiness, and traffic stop presentations.
Vibha and her husband Shantanu have been married for 17 years and they are the proud parents of three children: Meera (15) and twins Cyrus and Selena (8). Outside the office, Vibha enjoys boating with her family and playing poker.
