This is a follow-up review of our experience With Kristin. We had to move to Dupont due to our Army service obligation, and since we lived in Tucson, AZ, we could not physically be able to see the home till after purchase.

We needed a reliable realtor with superior customer service skills, and Kristin more than delivered! We fell in love with our home early in the buying process and purchased it In late January. To add to the complication, we would not be in the area until late March. Also, because his new home had carpets, we had a three-year-old and two cats. we decided to use the extra time to have the carpet replaced with LVP.

The original plan was to fly to Dupont and coordinate everything myself, but this was unnecessary. Kristen was a lifesaver! Sue Larsen was extremely helpful to me and my family when looking for our home. We were living in Germany when we started looking for a home, and she would view properties for us, send us videos, and was very honest about the condition of the homes. We have had a rental property in DuPont for 8 years and Sue has helped us find renters for that property four times. Each time she has completed thorough background checks and helped us find tenants with whom we felt confident.
