I moved to Washington State in 2007, when my husband got stationed at JBLM. I started my real estate career in 2009 and I knew Washington would be my family’s forever home in 2011. As a REALTOR®, property manager, investment property owner, home owner, military spouse and mother of two, I have the unique ability to help my clients evaluate homes that may be their forever home, or may be a stepping stone to their next adventure and an investment for their future. I am not going to just open doors and sell you a house. I am going to educate you on the home buying or selling process and show you your options so you can make the best decision for you and your family. I am very familiar with the process for relocation clients, the dynamics of the VA loan, and the pros and cons for both short term and long term home ownership. In addition to sales, I also specialize in Property Management, and can use this expertise to help clients think about future investments during the buying process. My favorite part of real estate is the clients I am privileged to get to know. I’m privileged to call the Pacific Northwest home, though I’ll always be a Colorado girl at heart. When I’m not working or driving kids to and from school and activities, I enjoy wine tasting at local wineries, walking my two very large dogs, watching the Seahawks or hitting the golf course with my husband. The PNW has so much to offer, and I’m glad to share my experiences in work and in life to help clients make the best decisions for themselves and their families.

To add to the complication, we would not be in the area until late March. Also, because his new home had carpets, we had a three-year-old and two cats. we decided to use the extra time to have the carpet replaced with LVP.

Kristin was an absolute dream, every step of the way, in what ended up being an 18-month process to get my home sold. From the start, she knew we would have an uphill battle, due to things that were beyond our control, and she was determined to get us

Kristin is a phenomenal real estate professional whom I highly recommend. We recently renovated and rented a property -- a task she oversaw -- and without her help, we could not have done the job. We live overseas, so to coordinate such a undertaking in
