She consistently sent us listings that met our criteria,  updating the list almost weekly. Sue answered our questions promptly and in a very personable manner. I would highly recommend Sue to anyone I know moving here. She made us feel like her only clients, even though I knew she had others. Even after the close of our house purchase, she has checked in on us, and still answers questions we have about the area.

Sue is the best. She went above and beyond as I went through a very stressfull time with my lender. She always made herself available and was always pleasant and helpful. I could not have gotten through the process of buying my house without her help and encouragement!! I would recommend her and in  fact will tell anyone who needs a realtor that Sue is the BEST!

We have had a rental property in DuPont for 8 years and Sue has helped us find renters for that property four times. Each time she has completed thorough background checks and helped us find tenants with whom we felt confident. She is able to find renters quickly, once we had only two days  between when the old tenants moved and the new tenants moved in. Sue Listened carefully to every concerned and walked e through every step of the way. she was very helpful and careful to find only what i was looking for. I was working with another realtor who kept going above my price line and showed houses ver contrary to what i was looking for. sue did none  of that. she found me only what I was looking for and nothing over what i felt comfortable. With sue, your comfort levels are very important to you and she takes time to ensure you have a good and enjoyable experience. I actually found it fun to house shop with her and she ensured I understood all the paperwork. It actually felt easy.
