Eris was wonderful! I can't say enough good things about how she guided us through this move to our new state of Oregon. We started the process online from a far. We had a Zoom meeting. The frustration set in as we saw homes we wanted and then they were in contract and gone. She reassured us that when we were ready we would find our perfect home but in the meantime we were fine tuning our likes and dislikes. Sara did a great job with out daughter's home purchase a few years back and so we were happy to engage with her as we also were also looking in the Portland area.

We found a house in Tigard we toured on a whim and it was spectacular, it also had a relocation company with a say on the sale and they would not take a contingent offer (hence why it was still available). Sara worked with her mortgage broker Tom and they were able to put together a plan for us to make a cash offer as a separate transaction and not be bound by any contingency.

And it was a great offer, fair to the seller but well negotiated in our favor as the buyer.
