I happened upon Tailor’s instagram account after relocating from upstate NY to the Portland area for a job. My husband and I were desperate to get out of our tiny rental (with all of our animals). Tailor immediately messaged me back, and the rest is history! She gave us helpful information and started the ball rolling about making lists of what we wanted in a home and pointed us towards a mortgage broker (Alex is amazing, too!). Being new to the area, we had no idea what to look for. Tailor was so wonderful and patient and traveled all over to so many areas to help us figure out where we wanted to live. She is a wealth of knowledge on the area, on homes in general, renovations, decor, school districts… if it’s important to you, it’s important to Tailor. Not only is she knowledgeable, she is simultaneously professional and fun to be with. She gives up her evenings and weekends to help you and has fun along the way. Even with a difficult market, she never sugar coated and told us what we wanted - she is open and honest and that made all the difference. We finally found our dream home in an area we never would have considered (or known about!) and we couldn’t be happier. And this is the exact reason I came back to Tailor- for the accuracy, speed, and intensity of professionalism I expected and received yet again!
