Kurt was born and raised in Oregon and has a beautiful wife and two fantastic children.  He enjoys golfing, fishing and anything else he can beat his friends at. He believes being competitive is a good thing for him and his customers!! Kurt uses his experience and foresight to proactively address and prepare for issues before they arrive. From inspections to appraisers to buyers and sellers Kurt believes communication is one of the most important factors in a successful transaction… and MOST importantly a well satisfied customer! The biggest complaint about Real Estate transactions per the NAR is a customer wondering what is happening. Kurt believes in weekly updates and says, “even if everything is on track customers buy/sell on average once every seven years and need to be updated and assured weekly, the home is the biggest investment most people make and can be highly stressful.” 

90% of Kurt’s business is repeat and referral. He believes the greatest compliment he can receive is a referral from a past customer, especially when it is the trust of a customer who refers their children!!
