When I first reached out to Evan a year ago, I was living in Virginia and wanted a rental. All I needed was an MLS and Evan responded saying she doesn’t work with rentals. I went back on a search and said in a Facebook post that I need a rental for my family and that we plan to buy in a few years so we would be return clients. Evan jumped back in my inbox. LOL!

I became aware of Evan Essick watching a video a friend sent me about Winston Salem. I emailed her explaining that I was interested in moving there but was nowhere close to being able to buy a property. That didn’t stop her from working with me every weekend that I drove down from Maryland.
