Chadwick has spent 20 years as a full-time REALTOR in home sales and property management, drawing from his experience in the home improvement industry and the home organizing industry. As a licensed agent in NC and SC, his real estate experience is both local and regional. He has also earned the designations of ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), and CMRS (Certified Military Residential Specialist).
Chadwick is active in church leadership, the Triad community, and the Winston-Salem Regional Association of REALTORS, thereby enabling him to foster connections with local leaders and resources to assist home buyers and sellers meet their goals.
Chadwick is a graduate of Wofford College, where he earned a BA in English and was captain of the Terrier baseball team. Every successful REALTOR and Branch Leader must have a strong support system, and Chadwick is blessed by his wife of 30 years, Tara (Genetic Counselor-Atrium Health / Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center), and their children, Landon (Multi-Media Journalist in McLean, VA) and Addie (BS UofSC – 2024 & DPT Anderson Univ. – 2027).

Chadwick did a great job in finding a condo for me in Winston Salem. As I do not live in town he went and previewed all of the condos I was interested in so that I did not have to make multiple trips to town. He was very professional and handled the work
with the seller's agent and attorney wonderfully. It was a very easy negotiation and closing process without any drama. This is the third time that I have used Chadwick to either buy or sale a condo for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for
a house or condo in the Winston-Salem, NC area.
